今日は同級生の社長さんと地元でお食事️
津本式の仕立てで熟成魚を食べさせてくれる
お鮨屋さん、鮨 晴レ結ビさんにお邪魔しました
甲子園駅から徒歩で7〜8分かな
運動がてらに少し歩いて到着
外観からしてお洒落な感じ
中へはいると既に女性3人組のお客さんが
楽しそうに呑まれてました
女性だけのお客さんがこれる店って安心感あるし
なんか良いよね
大将もとても柔らかい雰囲気で
気さくにお迎えしてくれました♀️
こちらも一斉スタートのコース料理ですが
どの料理もこだわっていて美味しい
最初にあてが3品ほど
その時点で美味しかったので
日本酒頼んじゃいました
太刀魚の塩焼もかなり大きめの太刀魚
そりゃ脂もノリノリでホクホク美味しい
天ぷらや桜エビの茶碗蒸しも
お鮨ですが魚によって熟成期間も
それぞれ何日熟成ですなどと説明してくださり
赤酢とのシャリのバランスもよく
ネタの旨みが強調されて美味しかったです
コハダも好みだったなぁ
あと初めてチョウザメをいただきました。
こんな食感でお味だったんですね！
普段食べたことのない食材との出会いは
とても新鮮でお腹もいっぱい大満足でした
そしてコスパもよくて普段使いできそうです。
最近、高級店も多いけどコスパよく頑張ってられるお店屋さんも多く大変だろうなぁって
やっぱり努力してるお店で気持ちよく
楽しくご飯をいただくのが最高ですね
