We offer a wide selection of approximately 60 to 80 a la carte dishes using seafood purchased that day. In particular, the ``Seasonal Ceramic Ceramic Grill'' is a popular dish made with seasonal seafood and finished with sea urchin butter sauce. You can choose from 3 types of rice porridge, udon, or pasta to finish off your meal using the remaining soup, and it's perfect to accompany alcohol.In addition, there's ``Bluefin Tuna Zukuri,'' where you can enjoy bluefin tuna, and ``Standard Specialty!
