...the exquisite [bone-in chicken] that the owner bakes with all his heart. As the name suggests, the chicken meat is baked in a 450℃ oven with the bone still attached, resulting in a crispy outside and a juicy inside. You can enjoy it fresh because it is baked after receiving your order. Another attraction is that you can enjoy the different flavors of [Oyadori (920 yen)] and [Hinadori (920 yen)]. [Oyadori] is chewy and full of umami, while [Hinadori] is soft and juicy. Which one will you choose?
