Hanare, a restaurant specializing in the popular local gourmet dish [bone-in chicken] from Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture, has arrived here near Muko-no-sho Station in Amagasaki City. You can enjoy
...the exquisite [bone-in chicken] that the owner bakes with all his heart. As the name suggests, the chicken meat is baked in a 450℃ oven with the bone still attached, resulting in a crispy outside and a juicy inside. You can enjoy it fresh because it is baked after receiving your order. Another attraction is that you can enjoy the different flavors of [Oyadori (920 yen)] and [Hinadori (920 yen)]. [Oyadori] is chewy and full of umami, while [Hinadori] is soft and juicy. Which one will you choose? The way to eat it as a connoisseur is to pour the umami oil left on the plate over [Chicken rice (with soup/460 yen)] to finish it off.
