Last night I went to "Honetsuki Chicken Shop HANARE" located a short distance south of Hankyu Muko-no-sho Station in Amagasaki. The restaurant is bright when you enter from the back entrance. First, I look at the menu while drinking oolong tea as usual. Even before looking at the menu, I ordered "bone-in chicken" which was introduced at the front of the store and is part of the store's name. This grilled bone-in chicken, a specialty of Kagawa Prefecture, was very delicious with its fragrant skin and juicy chicken meat. This time I had "Oyadori" so next time I'll try "Hinadori". After resetting with a "vegetable salad", "meat-filled chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling" came out. "Chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling" are often eaten at Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants, and these chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling are also very delicious. The chicken wing skin is used as the Gyoza / Dumpling skin. I ordered "chicken soup" here and met up with my friend.
