昨日の夜は尼崎は阪急武庫之荘駅の南側からちょっと行ったところにある「ほねつき鶏の店 HANARE」さんへ行ってました。
奥まった入り口から入ると明るい店内ですw
まずは私はいつもどうりウーロン茶をいただきながらメニューを眺めます。
メニューを見る前から店頭で紹介されてあり、店名の一部でもある「骨付き鶏」は外さず注文。
香川県の名物でもあるこの骨付き鶏のグリルは香ばしい皮にジューシーな鶏肉がとても美味しかったですw
今回は「おやどり」をいただいたので次回は「ひなどり」をいただいてみようと思います。
一度「野菜サラダ」を挟んでリセットしてから出てきたのは「お肉たっぷり手羽餃子」です。
よく焼き鳥屋さんでもいただいている「手羽餃子」でこちらの手羽餃子もとても美味しいですね～w
手羽の皮が餃子の皮代わりになってるんですよ。
「鶏スープ」をここで注文して待ち合わせの友人と合流。
頼んでおいたのは「朝引き鶏の霜降りしゃぶしゃぶ」です。
とても綺麗な鶏肉を鍋にした鶏スープでしゃぶしゃぶさせてポン酢とネギでいただきます。
あっさりした鶏肉料理からしっかりした鶏肉料理まで幅広い鶏肉料理をいただきました。
美味しかったです。
