Our carefully selected fish are sourced by leveraging our solid connections with the market built over our long history since our founding in 1955. Please enjoy the ultimate sushi to your heart's content, made with freshly caught fish from Akashi City, which is blessed with abundant Sushi grounds, and prepared using traditional cooking methods by highly skilled craftsmen.

What we're looking for is sushi with a high degree of perfection. We are particular about not only the toppings we put on top, but also the vinegared rice (shari) that brings out the deliciousness of the toppings. Our proud sushi is a perfect combination of carefully selected rice and carefully selected vinegar. The seaweed used to wrap it is sourced from Ariake. In addition to "Nigiri", we also recommend "Chirashizushi". The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a wonderful texture that feels like a huge flower blooming. Please enjoy the consistency that shows the pride of the craftsmen.

We are particular about our single dishes, including sushi, which are filled with the charm of the season. We use seasonal ingredients such as fresh sashimi, grilled dishes, Vinegared dish, and chawan mushi, and serve dishes using cooking methods that bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves. In the spring, there are sea bream, rockfish, mackerel, etc. In the summer, there are conger eel, octopus, etc. We hope you enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter to your heart's content. In addition to a la carte dishes, our luxurious kaiseki meals, Bento (boxed lunch), and hot pot dishes are also popular.

A 5-minute walk from Sanyo-Akashi Station, along Sakuramachi Hondori Street. Once you pass through the stately gate, you will find yourself in a dignified Japanese space. On the first floor, there are counter seats made from a single board made from sacred trees from Ise Grand Shrine, and spacious table seats. Please spend a luxurious time while watching the knife skills of the craftsmen up close. Additionally, there are three rooms on the second floor: ``Tsubaki/Enoki'', ``Hiragi'', and ``Kai''.
