金曜日（11月18日）のお昼はこちらでランチです。
予約はしてありませんが、11時半頃にお伺いすると
先客は3人、カウンター席に案内されました。
お昼限定の特別盛り合わせをいただきました。
にぎり５貫、穴子箱寿司、穴子新香巻きです。

菊水鮓は、明治30年創業、親戚筋に菊水や菊水西店が
あり、また菊水鮓出身のお店も多数ある明石の
老舗寿司屋で、現在は四代目の荻野大将が握る。
シャリは播州米で心白の大きな古米、
わさびは静岡安倍川近郊のわさび園、
酢は京都の千鳥酢、塩は淡路島、
もちろん魚は明石前にこだわっています。
ひらめと烏賊は歯ごたえがあり美味。
シャリは少し甘口。
箱寿司は焼き穴子が美味しいがシャリも旨い。
明石住みながら前の利用は2011年なので11年ぶり。
店は道路拡張のため2016年に当時の場所から少し
東へ移転、まだきれいな店内です。
この道路拡張工事は長期化し、業を煮やした
泉市長が「あほちゃうか。火いつけて捕まってこい。
燃やしたれ」と暴言を浴びせ辞職する原因となった
のですが、出直し選挙で圧勝してます。
しかし暴言は治まらず、今年10月にも暴言が発覚し、
今期限りでの政界引退を表明しましたね。
浜手の播州弁はそんなものなんで、普段の会話では
驚くことはありませんが、公人として言ったら
アカンよね。
今回は市長肝煎で全市民に配られたサポート利用券を
使わせていただきました。
