いつも大変お世話になっている方に予約を取って頂きいつもの美味しもの好きのおじさん4名で訪問。
双樹は明石好きの私としては３度の挑戦も予約が取れず今回が初めての訪問となりました。
オープンと同時に4人でお店の前に着くと表に予約で満席と案内が記載されており貴重な予約に改めて感謝致します。

まず鮑の小丼に圧倒され明石物のお造りを堪能させて頂きました。また出汁と玉子の塩梅と火通しが完璧な茶碗蒸しも最高です！
