This time, we visited "Bushi", a restaurant in Toyooka that just opened this year. I heard a rumor from the owner of a local Japanese restaurant called ``Nakai'' and visited here. The store has a counter and tables on the first floor. There was a large table on the second floor and a TV. The menu includes an assortment of fresh sashimi, but it is a typical Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu. Since I was sitting at the counter, I was able to talk to the owner, and he was very young! When I heard various stories, I heard that he had worked as a trader in Kobe, then returned to his hometown and opened a shop. He said he would like to expand the menu in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing the expanded menu next time I visit.
