Founded in 1951. Currently, the second and third generations maintain the traditional Edomae techniques and offer the real pleasure of Sushi. We are particular about using only the freshest ingredients, mainly from local waters, and depending on the ingredients, we apply salt, season with vinegar, or sear the skin to bring out the taste and flavor of each ingredient.
