...s, mainly from local waters, and depending on the ingredients, we apply salt, season with vinegar, or sear the skin to bring out the taste and flavor of each ingredient. The shari is made with high-quality rice and is carefully cooked to maintain the texture of each grain. High-quality sushi is lined up, including conger eel with its plump texture and delicious flavor, salmon roe made with careful work, and Sushi with dashi.
