I came here because I wanted to have a drink at "Oyster Nabe"!
On a weekday evening, my father and I went to Japanese Cuisine Kissui, located at the foot of Mito Toshogu Shrine. This is my first time visiting this restaurant, but when I saw that they had `` Oyster hotpot'' Tabelog, I suddenly wanted to go there. When you enter the store, there is a long counter seat that can seat about 10 people, and about 3 table seats, but there is also seating on the second floor, so it seems like the store can be used for large banquets and memorial service gatherings. We were shown to a table and looked at the menu. At first, I was planning to order them individually, but Oyster hotpot costs 1,800 yen (excluding tax) per person, whereas the course menu called "Matsu Course (Nabe)" comes with various items in addition to Oyster hotpot for 3,000 yen (excluding tax). ), so that's what I asked for. By the way, the standard hot pot for the ``Matsu Course (Nabe)'' is ``Yosenabe'', but they changed it to `` Oyster Nabe'' for the same price. First of all, I ordered "Asahi Super Dry (medium bottle)" @600 (excluding tax), and my father ordered "Junmaishu Tsukinoi" @800 (excluding tax), and we toasted! Today's "Matsu Course (Nabe)" includes the following seven dishes. 1. [Taste] Jellyfish with plum shiso, fried fish, grilled food, broccoli and tomato 2. [Simmered dish] Radish, konjac, carrot, taro, shiitake mushrooms, etc. 3. [Vinegared dish] Jellyfish, octopus, wakame, cucumber 4. Sashimi] Tuna, bonito, sea bream, sweet shrimp 5. [Oyster hotpot] Contains about 10 Oyster 6. [Tempura] Green pepper, sweet potato, pumpkin, eye light 7. [Dessert] Persimmon, apple, mandarin orange Each dish Although the quantity is not large, the number of items is quite large, so I think it is a good deal for 3000 yen. The sashimi was very fresh, especially the sea bream, which was sticky and delicious. Of course, Tempura is freshly fried. The vegetables were thinly sliced Tempura, but the Mexicali was fluffy and had a very good taste. The main course, Oyster hotpot, is for two people, but the portion is generous. The miso-flavored soup contained vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, shirataki mushrooms, etc., and I think there were probably about 10 Oyster in it. Adjust the heat to avoid overcooking Oyster. When I tried eating it, I found that it had a plump texture and was full of flavor. Rice porridge is essential to finish off Oyster hotpot. However, the zosui set costs 600 yen per person. When I asked for one serving, he returned the pot to the kitchen and made porridge for me. It will be ready in a few minutes, and they will bring you a pot of rice porridge, two bowls, and two pickles. I was very grateful that they prepared two servings of pickles even though I ordered one. When you open the lid, the rice absorbs the soup and there is plenty of rice for one serving. It has eggs in it and looks very delicious. When I tried eating it in a bowl, I noticed that it was a little sweet, so I added a little soy sauce to it for a nice flavor. After all, the fun part of hotpot is this rice porridge, and even one serving was enough for about 4 bowls. I finished eating and was full! My body also became warmer. Thank you for the meal.

It's been less than a month since my last visit, but this is my second visit. It's a restaurant that has all the right conditions: you can drink alcohol, there's plenty of food, there's a set menu, it's relatively quiet, and it's close to your house. Arrived around 17:30 on weekdays. It didn't cost much for a taxi, so I went there with the intention of drinking. The only customers were two relatively young men. Old enka songs are playing inside the restaurant, giving it the feel of a Showa-era Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I guess there aren't many enka restaurants these days. I sat at a table in the back and ordered the following. [Asahi Super Dry (medium bottle)] @600 Three people each ordered one. I have super dry bottled beer. It is a safe and stable taste. [Draft Beer (Medium)] @700 [Asahi All Free] @500 [Monkfish Liver] @700 Ibaraki's specialty Anglerfish dish. In winter, it is especially eaten with Anglerfish pot. This time I received the ``Monkfish Liver'', and the key to the deliciousness of Anglerfish is this ``Monkfish Liver''. It's so delicious no matter how many times I eat it! [Hiyayakko] @400 Hiyayakko with firm tofu. I like silk, but if you're going to eat it like that, cotton is delicious. Of course I like it. It was a delicious tofu with a strong soybean flavor. [Junmaishu Tsukinoi (Nurukan Ichigo)] @800 Oarai is a sake from Tsukinoi Sake Brewery. It's great to have liver with alcohol. After all, Japanese sake is delicious. [Japanese set meal (bamboo)] @2500 There are three types of Japanese set meals: (pine) @2000, (bamboo) @2500, and (plum) @3000. There is a slight difference in price due to the difference in the number of items. My parents ordered (pine), which had a small selection, and I ordered (bamboo). (Bamboo) The set meal had the following contents. ① Assorted sashimi Sea bass, tuna, bonito, sweet shrimp, salmon roe, squid, etc. ② Grilled fish Salt-grilled barracuda ③ Tempura tempura Pumpkin, shrimp, squid, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms ④ Deep-fried Simmered dish, radish, carrot, konjac, etc. ⑤ Pickles ⑥ Rice ⑦ Miso soup ⑧Dessert Strawberry, apple, mandarin orange The contents were a basic Japanese set meal, and the taste was delicious. As expected, there are many side dishes, and they are served very quickly. The slightly unusual salt-grilled barracuda was fluffy, very delicious, and impressive. “Yoshimizu” has some favorable conditions. I will visit you again from time to time. Thank you for the meal.
