黒麻油まぜそば
一昨日行ったばかりなのにまた食べたくなりました。。。
訪問したのは20時なので流石に並びはなく着席出来ました♪注文したのは黒麻油まぜそば@980 麺普通、ヤサイ大盛、マヨネーズ、ニンニクでオーダー。スープが少ない分着丼のインパクトは少なめ？
スパイシーな胡椒の爽やかさとヤサイにマヨとニンを絡めると美味っ！！！濃いめのタレと麺を混ぜ一心不乱に啜りました。残り少なくなり、ゆずジュースを投入すると別メニューに変身！
最後まで感動のラーメンでした。
まぜそばにすると麺量普通だと足りないかも。美味すぎてもっと食べたい！お代わりで支那そばくらい食べられそうでしたが、それは次回にしましょう。
個人的にはまぜそばのマヨネーズはビームにしてかけて欲しいです。次は細麺メニューを頂きに行きます♪
J系でありながら豪快かつ繊細なラーメン！

新たなお気に入りのお店を見つけました！
駐車場は全部で7台。既に満車でしたが近くで一時停止です。お店には待ちのボードは有りませんでしたが、駐車場が空くのを待っていると店員さんが僕たちをロックオン！2名のジェスチャーで待ちを確保できました♪
注文は食券制です。入り口左側にラーメンの写真が貼ってあり、その豊富さに圧倒されます！
個人的にはメニューが豊富過ぎる店は苦手なのですが、先ずはオーソドックスなラーメンから？いや、煮干しラーメン@980をチョイスしました。麺は普通、ヤサイ増し、ニンニクでオーダーしました。
さて、ラーメンがやってきました！丼ぶりに受け皿タイプでスープは並々に注がれております。
乳化タイプのまろやかスープ。口の中で煮干しの旨味が爆発します！ヤサイはクタシャキのクタ寄り。ニンニクは程よい粗さで刻んでおりギリギリ辛味を感じさせないタイプ。
とにかく美味すぎるのです！！！
麺も綴り心地がよく、ヤサイとアブラも良く絡み、チャーシューは脂と赤身のバランスが良すぎ！
J系はスープを飲むと後がキツいのが常なのですが、このお店は別物です。レンゲが止まりません。
他にも中華そば支那そば系(細麺)のメニューもあり、それも期待せざるを得ないのであります！
再訪確定です！全メニュー食べたい。
最近系列店の「武臣」というお店もオープンしたようです。こちらも要チェックですな！

3回目の訪問です。
クリスマスイブの19時。学生さんがお客さんの9割を占めており凄い活気！
さて、今回注文したのはラーメン@980 麺大盛、ヤサイ大盛、ニンニク有り。
スープはほんのり豚の風味を残しており、ライトなスープ。これはガツガツいけます！
とにかくチャーシューが美味いのでデフォの1枚じゃ足りないかも。因みに2枚で300円です。
大変美味しく頂きました♪次は限定メニューを頂きに行きます。
