I used it when I stayed near Mito station on a business trip to Ibaraki. It was just an ordinary Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), neither good nor bad, nothing particularly delicious, and nothing that didn't particularly suit my taste. Since I came to Mito from Kansai, I wanted something that would give me a bit of a Mito feel.
