This chocolate was created to commemorate the fact that the Lorenne region of France was a mining town. It looks like raw chocolate, but it's actually something else. Hazelnut paste is solidified and caramelized with crushed hazelnuts. It melts gently on your tongue. Please try this chocolate that resembles a mineral.
