A social experiment site in search of the next generation of food

This is an Italian Cuisine restaurant located in front of Expo Commemorative Park Station. Apparently the restaurant is supervised by Chef Okuno of La Brianza. Hoho, why is a store like that here? Putting that question aside, I visited with my family for lunch on a holiday. It seems like it's difficult to make a reservation at this restaurant, but when I happened to call, I was able to make a reservation on the same day if I moved the lunch time a bit. The lunch menu has three courses only, and this time I chose the standard magari course. A set of zeppola, appetizer, pasta, dessert and drink. Zeppola is fried Takoyaki with the flavor of green seaweed. This texture is fresh. As for the appetizers, the colorful visuals and presentation of the dishes give you a sense of the city. I use different types of pasta, from extra-thick to thin, depending on the ingredients of the dish. Each one has a distinctive taste, and you'll want more in terms of quantity. Not only the flavor of the sauce but also the flavor of the vegetables, giving it an elegant taste. The dessert is not too sweet and has a rather adult taste. I feel like I had a sumptuous meal today.
