前々から行ってみたかったお店へ。
マンボー明け即効。
予約をして伺います。
お店に着くと予約客でいっぱいとの事。
予約してあってよかった。
〇牡丹コース 8,800円
造り
最初にお造りが配膳。
トロ、赤貝、ホタルイカ、サバ、タコ、鯛。
どの刺身も新鮮でこれからの料理が期待できます。
最初から日本酒で楽しみます。
焼物
太刀魚の塩焼き。
フワフワの身がおいしい。
パリパリの皮とちょうどいいです。
煮物
このころから日本酒がいい気分です。
鯛の煮物。
揚物
うちわエビの天ぷら。
これ本当に美味しかった。
プリプリの身が最高でした。
ふきのとうなどの季節感があるのもいいですね。
真牡蠣
濃厚なぷりぷっり。
日本酒が進んで仕方ないです。
寿司
どれも申し分ない味。
個人的に秀逸と感じたのが、エンガワとウニ。
来たい来たいと楽しみにしていたお店。
期待以上に大満足でした。
また、機会をつくって訪問したいです(*^-^*)
