And finally, I would like to introduce the owner who has appeared several times so far. The head chef of our restaurant is Kenro Yoshida (38 years old). Born on September 30, 1978. Ishikawa is my hometown! After graduating from high school, he began his career as a chef. Obtained a chef's license in 2000. After approximately 18 years of training both in Japan and abroad, he joined Kaga Shunsai Umehachi as head chef in 2006. Shun no Ajiriki Cocochi Monaka was founded in 2008 and continues to this day. Please look forward to the skills of our young chef!
