こんばんは。
美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、金沢に行った際に、お世話になっている鍼灸師の先生と一緒に食事をしました。オススメのお店を予約して頂き、今回伺ったのが喜はなというお店です。
こちらは、地元の日本酒が豊富で、金沢の郷土料理を食べれるお店です。最初はビールで乾杯し、お刺身の盛り合わせをお願いしました。
その後は、ちょうど解禁となった香箱ガニ、ろどくろとハタハタの焼き魚、どじょうの唐揚げ、牡蠣の味噌焼き、治部煮、さばのバッテラ、焼きおにぎりを頂きました。
お酒は、地酒を色々な種類飲みましたが、大変美味しかったです。地元の方に紹介していただくお店は、なかなか自分では探せないお店が多く、今回もお店の雰囲気、接客、サービスなどもとてもよく、お料理もとても美味しいものばかりでした。
大変楽しい時間を過ごせました。
また、金沢に来たときには利用したいと思います。
