この晩は常連さんがたくさんいらっしゃいました。可愛らしい学生バイトさんたちへみんな振舞っていました。最後の方になって、酔ってたのもあり、何となく釣られておごってしまった私(^^;

一月以上前でうろ覚えですが、どれも満足の美味しさだったことは間違いないです。
写真の鱈白子はツルッとした食感とさっぱりした味付け、リッチな白子の味が美味しかったです。
小松うどんは初の生麺。かなりの弾力とコシ。控えめな甘味と風味。こんな美味しい小松うどんは初めてでした!
小松弥助の森田大将や農口尚彦杜氏ともお付き合いがあり、お客さんとして来てもらったこともあるとのことです。

This is the best! ️ ○ Naohiko Noguchi Research Institute Honjozo Raw Unprocessed Sake Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo... Rich and sweet. All of the above are half combinations that go well with Japanese-style meal. ○ Green Fork... 1 go ◎ Bon Yoshihira... A regular customer bought me one (^^) Bon is my favorite brand because of its elegant and light appearance. He poured me a lot of beer in a big way, and before I knew it I was drinking a lot. After we said goodbye and left the restaurant, I got drunk and ended up in a terrible situation (^^; I'm an impatient idiot. ◎ Yuba tofu (Kyoto) with a stick out... Rich creamy and delicious! As expected from Kyoto Yuba. ◎ Yakko of Oboro Tofu (Murata Tofu Store)...I learned about Murata Tofu Store's Oboro Tofu from this shop (the owner seems to be a relative of the Murata Tofu Store.
