雑誌で見かけて訪問。小松グルメ合宿2軒目ですが、小松駅からタクシーで20-30分。

廃校になった小学校をリノベーションしたオーベルジュで、シェフはRED35受賞。小松にゆかりがあるわけではなく、プロジェクトベースでレストランチームが移住してきたようです。

石川県内や近隣の山から採れる食材を使用。全般的というか、ほぼ全てにハーブを使用しており、似たような味に感じ、けっこう飽きてしまいました。
