金沢から山代温泉に向かう途中で寄り道しました。
北陸自動車道の美川インターで降りて15分ほど車を走らせた住宅街の中にお店はありました。お店はナビとじっくり向かい合わなければ到着は難しいかもしれません。
お目当ての「ふぐの卵巣の糠漬け」を購入して女将さんに製法や歴史などを伺っていたら、ご飯が残り僅かあるのでちょっと食べませんかと「ふぐの卵巣の糠漬け入りおにぎり」を作って下さいました。
味はへしこによく似ていますね。間違いなく珍味ですね。美味しかったです、ご馳走さまでした。
