こころか、こころええやんさんかわかりませんが、ヨメさんと栗林公園の横のうどん屋さんに晩飯におじゃましました。
駐車場2台、空いていました。ラッキーです。
タコのお造りと、名物氷釜あげ2ついただきました。
タコが有名なお店なんでタコ刺しを注文。うわ、コリコリ、塩でぬめりとりたてです。かつ、つまの大根も青くて甘くてシャキシャキです。釜あげうどんを待つ間にピッタリ。
氷釜あげが来ました。出汁も2種類来ます。あったかい出汁とめちゃ冷たい出汁。氷の上に釜あげうどんが2人分乗って出てきます。まずは半分くらいあったかい麺をすくってあったかい出汁でたべます。久しぶりに小麦の匂いがあるうどんをいただきました。
半分くらい食べると氷と混ぜてしめます。この麺もコシが数倍出て激うま。これを冷たい出汁でいただきます。
小麦の匂いの温ったかやわらか麺とコシのあるチルド麺。
レオロジーですね。
