善通寺のうどんのコシの強さ、エッジの鋭さに感激して顧客面談後に２軒目突撃です。
かけだからか、３時の閉店前だからか麺は柔らかめ。お出汁の旨さはあるものの少し期待外れでした。同行した上司のぶっかけはまあまあのコシとのこと。

前回、閉店直前のかけで期待外れだったので正午前のぶっかけを狙って再訪です。寒かったですが、麺のコシを確認するため冷やしにしました。
期待通り麺のコシは強く満足しましたが、「なんぼでも食える」ほどではなく及第点の感想です。
鶏天ぷらは普通ですね。
