鹿児島出張の夜に、タクシーの運転手さんも有名店という「さかなちゃん」に初訪問。名前と料理のレベルの高さに良い意味のギャプ。カワハギのお造りを肝醤油で頂くとこれはもぅ至福。オススメの石鯛のお作りも透明感が有って、身が引き締まっていて、切り方も美しい職人技。鯛の白子の天ぷらやかつおのたたき、さつま揚げなども美味しかった。とんかつは普通でしたが。大雨で天気は悪かったですが、良い夜でした。
