Well, today's Kagoshima shochu tour is here. This is a shochu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with plenty of food. Starting with a light jab, ``Aotonpo'' is a refreshing and easy-to-drink drink made with Kogane Sengan and white koji malt, and is a bottle of Oshika Sake Brewery in Kanoya City. Next up is Oumi Sake Brewery's Ao, Imoha Beniotome, which is also very refreshing. For snacks, I had the bonito belly, which I've been into lately, and fried mejikari. The portions on each plate are quite large, so it might be difficult to drink alone. The taste is very good, and the owner's explanation of shochu is interesting and wonderful. A store I want to come back to!
