平日の月曜日18時半に2人で訪問。
雨が降ってましたが、店内は既に賑わっておりました。
いけすが見えるカウンターに通して頂きました。
知り合いから是非鹿児島に来たら、ここで鯖を食べてと言われてたお店です。
店内にも泳ぎサバ有りますとの表記があり、心踊らせながら、鯖を含む刺身盛り合わせを注文。
鯖は、いけすから、出してすぐ締めて刺身になります。
当日は板長1人で切り盛りされてたようで、少し時間がかかりましたが、眩いばかりのピカピカ刺身盛りが来ました。
盛り合わせには、泳ぎサバ、小さい鮑（肝付）、鯛、カンパチ、イカ（ウニ乗せ）が乗ってます。
鯖は、感動しました。生臭さは皆無、甘い脂が乗っており、食感もそこまでコリコリせずにちょうど良い硬さ。九州の甘い醤油によく合いました。
他の刺身も全て新鮮で、ハイクオリティでした。
とてもとても美味しかったです。
