ランチタイムに何度か通りかかり店前の5台くらいの駐車スペースがいつもいっぱいなので気になっていました。平日の午後1時を回った時間、2台分のスペースが空いていたので入店。
ランチタイムは終わった時間ながら店内にはまだ多くのお客さん。全員が中年以上の女性。近隣に住む女性達の御用達のお店？
チョイスランチ 税別1,200円から「桜島バーグ」を注文。スープ、サラダ、ハンバーグ、パンまたはごはんというセット内容。
サラダはベビーリーフ、紫大根、きゅうりなど。ベーコンフレーバーチップを載せ、酸味があるドレッシングがかかっていました。安いランチではないので、千切りキャベツときゅうりというサラダとは異なります。
ハンバーグにはふわっとしたポーチドエッグが載っています。もやし、さつまいも、ブロッコリー、カリフラワー、ミニトマトが添えられ、どの野菜も熱々の鉄板の上で熱が通っています。ポーチドエッグにフォークを入れると、黄身がトロっと流れました。ハンバーグは肉の食感を感じました。大豆蛋白などの添加物が入ったものとは異なります。
税別1,200円とサラリーマンにはちょっと高めのランチとなりましたが、おいしくて野菜もたくさん食べられます。奥様方が集まってランチとおしゃべりを楽しむのもわかります。
