ボリュームも兼ね備えたランチ
最近、洋食店探訪がマイブームです。
とはいえ、そんなにホイホイ見つかるわけではない。
意外に繁華街より、団地の中にあるお店も捨てがたい。
こちらはそんなお店です。
ランチコースは予約が必要なので、日替りランチのCランチをオーダー。
サラダはドレッシングの酸味が結構効いていました。こういうドレッシングが好きなんですがなかなかここまで酸味が強調されたドレッシングには巡り合えません。
さつまいものポタージュも、日頃ジャガイモのポタージュに慣れた舌には新鮮でした。
メインの熟成ひなもりポークのポワレは、塊肉のようなボリュームでナイフの入れ甲斐があるというか、食べ甲斐があるというか。♪( ´▽`)
添えられた赤かぶ?紅芯大根?にお肉を包んで食べるとまた食感が楽しめます。
このひなもりポーク、料理次第では黒豚より美味しいという人もいて、有名なトンカツ店でも利用されています。ちなみに、私も黒豚はしゃぶしゃぶで食べるのがいちばんかなと思っています。
肉にかかるソースはグリーンペッパーソースとういうだけに緑色のソースを予想していました(笑)
このソース、バゲットにつけてもなかなか美味しい。
欲を言えばもう少しバゲットが欲しかったな。
カプチーノとデザートのセットも追加してゆったりと楽しみました。

This was my first visit in three years, including the COVID-19 pandemic. I couldn't make a reservation, but luckily I was able to slip in. The lunch menu consisted of seafood najour for the fish main and Sakurahime chicken baked in herb breadcrumbs for the meat main. For pasta, I ordered bacon and mushroom in tomato sauce. My friend was with me, so he ordered fish and I ordered meat. The potage soup had a light taste, perhaps because it had a lot of milk. I had a stronger image of it being thicker, but maybe this was okay? I ate the three appetizers before thinking about what to eat. It was a brand of chicken I had never heard of, so I looked it up and found out that Sakurahime chicken is a brand raised by the Nippon Ham Group in Hokkaido, Aomori, Niigata, and Miyazaki, and has a history of over 20 years. (I'm very sorry.) The meat is cherry-pink in color and soft, with no distinctive chicken odor, and apparently three times more vitamin E than regular chicken. As for this Sakurahime chicken, the knife went in easily and I could definitely feel the tenderness of the meat. Naturally, this is due in part to the chef's skill, but the aroma and crunchiness of the herb breadcrumbs add to the delicious taste in your mouth. I recommend eating this with plenty of sauce. Don't forget the balsamic vinegar-based sauce line drawn on the plate. It's not just for decoration (-。-; In the end, I wiped the plate with bread to dine on all the sauce. The seafood naage was delicious, with seafood simmered in bouillon with aromatic vegetables and white wine. I wish I could have tried it. While we were eating, customers kept coming in. It seems the restaurant's popularity is not waning. Come to think of it, I haven't tried the popular hamburger Hamburg yet. A considerable number of the customers at the tables around me ordered this as well.
