うっかりしてました。コロナのせいで鹿児島市の飲食店は時短営業中。訪問したのが午後7時10分。午後9時が閉店、アルコールの注文は午後8時まで、料理の注文は午後7時30分まで。あと20分しかない・・
汗をかいたので生ビール(小)でスタート。料理は一気に注文。サバ節サラダ 720円、とんこつ 740円、かんぱちカマ焼き 700円、トビウオ刺身 630円。価格は税込みです。
お通しは魚卵煮にトマトを添えたもの。税込300円。ひと手間かけたお通しを出すお店＝料理がうまいお店、期待が高まりました。
「とんこつ」
とんこつ、たけのこ、大根、温泉卵の上に青ねぎと糸唐辛子。濃厚な味付け。
「トビウオ刺身」
鮮度は普通、頭の部分の魚臭さがやや気になりました、食べるところじゃないですが。
「かんぱちカマ焼き」
カマ＆かぶと焼き。食べる部分が多い。魚臭さは全くなし。塩味がきいてうまい。
屋久島の焼酎を提供しています。「愛子」は屋久島出張でいただいたので、まだ飲んだことがない「水ノ森」を注文。1合で980円。本坊酒造さんの芋焼酎、屋久島限定の焼酎が鹿児島市で飲めます。
一気に注文したので注文しすぎ、満腹になりました。生ビール(小)、水ノ森 1合、お通し、料理4品で税込4,550円。時短営業が終わったらゆっくり飲もう。
