ＧＷはどこにも行かなかったので、夫がこちらに予約し訪問。
シェラトンの和食屋さんですが、懐石ではなく、たまに天麩羅が食べたいねと、
天麩羅コーナー？カウンターです。
夫の予約で一休から、4800円のコースを。
いつもなのか休日だからなのか？カウンターはほぼ満席。
ＧＷという事もあり、地方からのお客さんもいるのかもしれません。
お酒は飲めないので、食事は途中でお願いしました。
まず天麩羅用の塩（抹茶と普通の）、おろし、レモン、天つゆが
綺麗にセットされます。
・海老足素揚げ
・海老2本
かなりやせてて、衣でカバーって感じ。
・こしあぶら
好きな山菜ですが、あまり見かけないのでけっこう嬉しい。
・食事
お漬物のお皿が充実、昆布の有馬山椒炊き、しば寄せ、きゅうり
・茄子 輪切り
・キス 久し振りに定番
・椎茸 この衣はどうでしょう？・・・
・アスパラ
・蓮根
・穴子
・抹茶プリン
とろ～り滑らかで、上には白ワインゼリーのジュレがかかってる
大人のデザート。
カウンターで揚げたてなので、普通に美味しいですが、
技の様なものは感じられませんでした。
何かもうひとつ楽しめるのが欲しい感じ。
接客はホテルとしてはイマイチかな・・・
あまりお茶などにも目配りがなく、ただ料理を運ぶだけでした。
