季節感を出した懐石料理が美味しい。
肉、野菜、魚、ご飯、汁物、甘味、一通り全て盛り込まれたコース内容。
喫煙ブースが入口目の前に設けられていて非常に便利です。
店内の個室レイアウトも部屋間隔広く、ほぼ他客と遭遇したり、声が聞こえたりする事が無い、別室離れが複数ある様なイメージ。
ドリンク追加などはファミレスにある様な呼び出しボタン置いてあり、押せば速攻スタッフ来てくれる。
ライトアップされた中庭が美しく、席から見渡せる仕様が良い感じです。
接客サービスはシェラトン品質で素晴らしい。
お酒の進み具合や会話の空気感読んで料理提供されます。
乾杯ビール→日本酒。
チェイサー的な感じでレモンサワーも同時進行で飲む感じ。
獺祭2割3分 旨いが甘過ぎて料理に合わないと感じたので追加は辛口に切り替えました。
サワーやハイボールは置いてある焼酎やウイスキー指定すれば、それで作ってくれます。
レモンサワーは佐藤(麦)でお願いして美味しかった。
静寂感ありロケーションも素晴らしく、ホスピタリティーも抜群。
接待や記念日の食事に使えると思います。
