We are open every day with the concept of "pursuing the latest Japanese seasonal produce." We hang a green lantern with the words "Supporting local products," which is proof that we use more than 50% domestic ingredients. Our restaurant has four stars and uses more than 80% domestic ingredients. We also recommend fresh seasonal vegetables from all over the country, mainly from the Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture, which is grown in an abundant natural environment and warm climate, and Hokkaido Yumepirika clay pot rice, which is limited to five servings per day. We also offer an all-you-can-drink course, which is carefully prepared two days in advance.

We visit the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market every day and use our discerning eye to purchase only the finest fresh fish. In order to let you enjoy the original flavor, we are particular about the time we take to prepare the fish, and serve it fresh. We recommend the "Special Selection Bucket Platter," which offers a luxurious selection of various types of sashimi. We can also prepare the tuna to your liking, such as stewed or robatayaki. We also boast Misaki tuna from Kanagawa Prefecture, which is characterized by its sweet fat and rich flavor. The salt-grilled kama is a must-try!

We always have over 30 types of local sake from all over Japan on hand, carefully selected after tastings at breweries and liquor stores, that go perfectly with seasonal dishes. We have a wide variety, from popular sake like Juyondai to rare varieties. Just like the food, you can enjoy about 3 to 5 types of sake that reflect the four seasons. We also have over 50 types of shochu on hand. We stock not only the classics like Sato White and Black and Kitcho Hozan, but also premium brands. We can also make suggestions to match your dishes and preferences.

Our restaurant is located a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Yokohama Station. It is a Japanese modern, relaxed space where you can feel the warmth of wood. We have semi-private rooms for 4 to 10 people, perfect for important gatherings. The tatami-floored sunken kotatsu tables allow you to relax comfortably. In addition, the semi-private rooms for up to 4 people are perfect for girls' get-togethers. We also have a dining area where you can reserved the entire floor for up to 20 people ◎ Large groups such as company drinking parties and welcome/farewell parties are also welcome.
