使いやすい和食屋さん
土曜の昼、親とランチで利用しました。
予約の時点でテーブル席がいっぱいだったのでカウンター席にしましたが、広々しており隣との距離も適度にあったので気になりませんでした。
コースは「あしべ」を注文。
10月の献立
先付：柿白掛け 胡桃 真菰筍 秋鯖 海鮮蒲鉾 網茸 くこの実
吸物：湯葉真丈 引き上げ湯葉 芹 柚子
お造り：信州サーモン 野沢菜 とびっ子 あしらい色々
焚合せ：道明寺饅頭 霙餡 紅葉麩 木の芽
焼物：鰆山葵味噌焼き 酢取蓮根 青唐焼浸し
食事：釜焚き御飯 味噌汁 香の物
デザート：豆乳プリン 黒蜜 ホイップ ラズベリー ミント
食べやすい薄味で出汁が効いてて、どれも美味しいです。
豆乳プリンだけ結構小さかったな…。
場所もそごうの中ですし、大人数や高齢者の方がいる時利用しやすそうです。

柘榴は無くて苺のドライフルーツだった。
鯛の刺身は身がしっかりして美味しかった。
どれも和食らしい薄味なのにしっかりと味わえる味だった。
ただ土日の昼の来店客がどんどん来てる時間帯だと、追加の日本酒を待たされたりする…仕方ないですが。
田酒（純米大吟醸）が飲めたのは良かったです。
