3度目の訪問。
1週間ほど前から予約。
店内は少し狭い、カウンターと個室が3つ。
今回は個室。
初めにでてきたハマグリとアワビが美味しすぎてお酒が進む。
生牡蠣は見た目小さく見えるが奥に大きく味も濃厚。
銀ダラは最高。
お寿司は赤酢でさっぱりと頂ける。
つみれは素材の味が生かされていて美味。
ウニは甘くて口の中でとろける美味しさ。
最後のほうじ茶アイスは甘すぎずお腹いっぱいの中パクパク食べられた。
定員さんの気遣いも素晴らしく、夏の日本酒のおすすめも教えてくれる。
お寿司は前半と後半に別れていたのが嬉しかった。
横浜でこのクオリティは中々ないのでまた行きたい。
