横浜SOGOのレストランフロア開店に合わせて、ちょっと良いもんたべよーよと、友と2人馴染みの和食屋へ予約なしに訪れたところ、予約で満席と。
んじゃもう一軒とこさいぐべさ、と移動するも、またまた満席！
え〜、至る所ダメよ、アカン、またおこしやすじゃあないですか。
こりゃお隣りスカイビルへ速攻で移動すべし。
高層階の静かなところはないかいな？と探し当てたのが、新宿店でお世話になったことのある響さんでした。
窓際席ではありませんでしたが、絶景の見渡せる良きお席に幸いに通して頂けました。
会席メニューを注文、ほうじ茶ハイも飲むことに。
旬の素材がふんだんに使われた、お料理がいいペースで提供されました。
主に配膳して頂いたイケメンの若いお兄さんが、毎度爽やかな笑顔で対応してくれたのが、とても好印象で、お料理の美味に加えて、最高のスパイスになりました。
サントリー系列のお店ということもあり、ウィスキー（ハイボールで頂戴）も良質でした。
売れ筋の銘柄が欠品していたのが残念でしたが、お店とおなじ『響』は最高のテイストだったなぁ。
〆の鯛めしのご飯の炊き加減が、ドンピシャの硬めで、おかわりOKでしたが、すでにお腹いっぱいになってしまっておりました。
何気に入店した今回ですが、また次回は予約の上、夜景も楽しみに訪れてみたい。
名札は読み取れなかったのですが、最高のホスピタリティだった店員さんに感謝多謝。
