日本酒が呑みたくなると行く店
隣の日本酒飲み放題のAKATSUKI NO KURAも良いが、旨い魚を日本酒で行きたかったので、今日は酒とったりさんへ
相変わらず日本酒の種類が豊富 日本酒とツマミの魚を選んでいると…その中に鱸の洗いを発見！さらに…ん？AIを活用した鱸専用の日本酒？なる物を見つけ、早速注文
まずは鱸をそのまま頂く。塩とレモンでさっぱりとしている。次に鱸を口に含み、磐城壽を頂くと…これが驚き！鱸の脂、甘み、香りが格段に増す！
爽やかながらに、しっかりと旨みを感じる事が出来る。
磐城壽もそのまま呑んでみたが、味気ない感じの日本酒
それがここまで変化するとは…ただただ美味かった
店員さんに聞くと、先日は鰯とのマッチングをしていたらしい。次が楽しみ
その他にも、伊佐木のタタキ、宮崎和牛握りなど頂き満足
価格は割高に感じるかも知れないが、雰囲気、接客なども合わせたら十分。
