The finest conger eel is prepared by the chefs at Sushidokoro Hama. Please enjoy the perfect balance between the softness and thickness of the meat when boiled and the sweet sauce called tsume.

The perfect ending to Edomae sushi is the egg roll, which is similar to Castella. In the past, this was the tamagoyaki at sushi restaurants. This is a masterpiece that can be called the work of a craftsman who took the time to carefully bake it.
