We have the bidding rights to Nagai Fishing Port in Sagami Bay, so we can offer you the freshest local fish that has just been caught at auction at the fishing port in the morning. We are proud of our carefully handcrafted a la carte dishes. Our motto is to make food from scratch and serve it instead of making it in advance. We mainly use fresh local fish from Sagami Bay and fresh vegetables grown in Miura's natural environment. Popular dishes include ``Local Fish Sangayaki'', in which local fish is grilled and grilled in abalone shells, and ``Yahei Croquette'', which are made with Miura potatoes. In the upcoming season, we will be serving seasonal dishes with all our heart, such as "Conger eel and vegetable Tempura" and "Grilled bamboo shoots" from Kanagawa Prefecture.
