このビルの１階には、かつて「スリーマティーニ」（元町・中華街駅近くに移転済）という
バーが入っていまして、その時代には、ここにはよく伺ったものです。
開店していたことは知っていたんですが、ビル３階ということもあって入る勇気が
なかったんですが、とあるところで、こちらのお店の噂を伺い、横浜銀行本店ホール
で開催された乙武洋匡さんの講演会の後に伺いました。
若き板長を見て、すぐに和食出身ということはわかりました。
琥珀エビスを通年置いているとのこと。
北海道といえば、無言でサッポロビールですので、第一関所はクリア。
刺身も、北海道に拘ってます。しかも、魚の種類がわかるようにプレート付き。
魚は見ればわかりますが、こういうサービスって、なかなかありそうでないので、
女性には喜ばれるのではないでしょうか？？？
日本酒も、北海道に拘ってます。国稀さんのお酒が多いようですが・・・・
このお料理には、この酒が合う。という酒と肴の相性を考えて出されているので、
しっかりした味覚をお持ちの若き板長さんです。
私が気に入ったのは、屋号で、お母様が経営されていたお店の屋号を
そのまま受け継がれたとのことです。
久しぶりに、背筋をピンとさせてくれるお店に出会いました。
