桜木町駅から野毛方面。路地の奥まったところにひっそりとした佇まい。和食でもつつきながら仕事の話でもしますかということで訪う。
出だしから秋色満載の前菜。栗やら柿やら銀杏やら稲穂やらでもう実りの季節も過ぎ、落葉を意識させられるそんな季節になったことを都会にいながらも実感した。
その後も松茸の土瓶蒸し。これは言うことない。繊細な風味を味わう悦び。日本酒を傍らで煽りながら、松茸エキスを注入する。これは贅沢。
この時期にしか出せないとご主人がのたまうシシャモも実に旨い。またハモ名人とご主人が自画自賛する技術で供されるハモは丁寧に骨の処理がなされており、ハモの弾力は感じるものの実の柔らかさ、食べ易さは自分の知るハモとは格段に違う。
日本酒のセレクトも実にいい。質の高い時間を過ごさせてもらった。ごちそう様でした
