知り合いの方からのお誘いでこちらのお店へ初訪問。
店内はお座敷があり、奥にL字のカウンター席が。
店内は早い時間からお座敷はほぼ満席でした。
私たちはカウンター席に通されてまずは生ビールを注文致しました。
最初は大将の真前の席だったので緊張していましたが、
色々な食材の事やお酒の事などを説明して下さってとても親しみやすい方で安心しました(*´꒳`*)
お料理と共に大将が日本酒をペアリングして下さって、
何種類かを1合ずつ楽しみました。
最初の日本酒を撮影し忘れたので名前を失念してしまいましたが、とにかくどのお料理にも最適な日本酒を選んで下さるので、ぐいぐい飲んでしまいます（笑）
そこで気づいたのが、
日本酒の横にあったお水が水素水だとの事。
次の日に二日酔いにならないようにの配慮だそうで驚きました。
少しでも減ると女将さんやスタッフさんがすぐに足してくださるので、安心して日本酒をたくさん頂きました。
こちらは接客がホテル並みです♬
女将さんは元ウグイス嬢ではないかと思うほど声がキレイ。
お料理の説明の際に聞き惚れます。
お料理については、
とにかく高級食材のオンパレード！
大将が自ら探して選んでいるそうで、
どれも美味しいですがそこにまた結さんオリジナルのお醤油や味噌（粉末もありました）が加わるので他では味わえないものになります。
和食は季節によって内容が変わってしまいますが、
金目鯛のなめろう
自家製カラスミ
雌牛の握りウニのせ
花山椒の牛しゃぶ
大将が毎日打つ、〆のお蕎麦
は、とにかく最高でした！！
最後に女将さんが火打石でカチカチと。
