素材の良さを活かした繊細な料理の数々で、珍しい鱧のお刺身は細かい骨も丁寧に取られており、手間を惜しまない大将のこだわりを感じる本当に美味しいコースでした
大将も女将も、周りのお客様も素敵な人ばかりで、アットホームな雰囲気も魅力です✨
思わず次の予約も入れるほど大満足❗️

2ヶ月ぶりに訪店し、お酒解禁で秋を頂きました
食材へのこだわりと食への熱意、確かな技術で最高の料理の数々☺️
香り豊かな国産伊那の松茸は、土瓶蒸しと山形牛で包んだすき焼きで頂き、珍しい1kg越えの海うなぎは、肉厚でふわふわ最高の焼き加減✨
お店で2年ぶりに出すという、久々に大将が納得した秋刀魚は、脂の乗りが物凄く、こんなの食べた事ない
手間暇かけて骨抜きした自慢の鱧のお刺身はもちろん美味すぎで、とにかく秋を食べ尽くす、この時期の最高のコースでした✨
大将の「食材の特徴を活かしてどう料理するかで、旬を作り出す」という言葉がとても印象的でした♂️
お酒もお店のご厚意で、めったに飲めないクリスタル シャンパンで乾杯し、写楽の純米大吟醸 極上 二割をはじめ、厳選されたレアで美味しい日本酒をたくさん頂きました
