Early in the morning, head to Yokohama Central Market and then Tsukiji Market, Japan's kitchen, to find the best seasonal local fish from all over the country! The detached team purchases fresh whitebait and local vegetables caught that day in Kamakura, Hayama, and Sashima! The fish and local vegetables of Hanatare, whose procurement is our life, are brought together from all over the country and the Miura Peninsula!

“Fish and Sake Hanatare Noge Store” is particular about Japanese sake! We have a selection of lesser-known local sake carefully selected by our staff from famous sake brands. We are also particular about ``seasonal'' drinks such as ``Hiyaoroshi'' and ``Freshly Squeezed'' that can only be drunk at that time of year. All are available for a flat price of 500 yen, so please try comparing different drinks!

Our father, a whitebait fisherman, catches the first thing in the morning, and we have him share the ``raw whitebait'' that he caught that day, and then send it directly to our store. The ultimate raw shirasu that you can enjoy only because it was caught fresh in the morning!
