今日は旧友と久しぶりにご飯ということで、旧友おすすめのお店に行くことにした。
グルメな旧友らしいチョイスでコスパよく美味しいお店だった。
横浜駅西口から徒歩5〜10分程度の場所にある「天寿し」ビルの7階にありあまり目立つような看板などがなく、知る人ぞ知るお店なのかと思った。
店内はカウンター席と個室の席があり、カウンターは予約で埋まっていたので今回は個室の席へ案内された。
ランチのコースはとてもリーズナブルな値段で本格鮨を堪能することができた。
以下はコースの内容です。
最初に5貫
コハダ、真鯛、本鮪中トロ、アオリイカ、カンパチ
ネタによって赤酢、米酢を使い分けてるお店は初めてで、細かな気配りを感じた。
どのネタももちろん美味しかったが、特にアオリイカはしっかりとした甘味と歯応えがたまらなく良かった。
いくらの小丼ぶり
こちらはキャビア、ズワイガニ、いくらがのった丼でとても豪華でありながらそれぞれが織りなす絶妙な旨みがとても良かった。
あん肝の茶碗蒸し
茶碗蒸しの中には銀杏とかまぼこが入っていて、季節を感じることができ、あん肝との相性もとても良かった。
握り4貫
本鮪赤身、サワラの炙り、赤海老、平貝
赤海老はとても大きく、歯応えがプリプリというよりブリンブリンといった感じでとてもおいしかった。
単品で本日の白身（クエ）と鯵を注文。
クエはこれからの時期旬の魚で、食べた瞬間口の中に繊細な甘味が広がり、これ以上にない美味しさで感動した。
最後に赤だしとデザート（チーズケーキとカシスのシャーベット）がきて、コースは終了。
どのネタもとても美味しく、コスパ最強と言えるのでリピート確定のお店だと思いました。
色々な場面で使えるお店なので知っていて損がないと思いました。
