平日に時間ができたので、平日だけのお得なランチでお邪魔してみました。
いつかの夜にお邪魔する下見のつもりで。
平日ランチは握りと茶碗蒸し、お椀のシンプルなもの。
お昼ご飯だったら、程よいボリューム。

カウンターで大将に握ってもらうんだけど、大将が用意しているシャリが、ラップに包まれたもので、それをおひつに移していました。
冷凍ご飯をレンチンした時のような風貌のシャリ。
まさか冷凍ご飯ではないと思うものの、できれば、見えないところで準備して欲しかった。

シャリは程よい温度なものの、ネタがびっくりするほど冷たい。
鮮度はいいと思うんだけど、冷たすぎて甘みや香りがひきたたない。
