横浜にコンサートにお邪魔。
そんな夜は贅沢にお寿司なんてどうかね、と以前知り合いに勧められていたこちらへお邪魔。
横浜駅から5.6分歩くかな。
本日はお任せにぎり、上会席と乾杯のビールをオーダー。
ますば前菜5種盛り
しじみ汁一番出汁
あたたまり、内臓にしみわたる。
真鯛の南蛮漬け、甘酢が美味しい。
組み上げ湯葉、優しい味。
穴子の煮凝りも、生鱈子の水煮も非常に味付けがよい。
これだけでビールが進んでしまいますよ。
さて、いよいよ握り。
いきなり、本鮪の中トロ！
右手でシャリを軽く握り、ネタをのせる流れる手つき、気持ち良いね。
全ての握りに味がついているから一気に放り込む、美味い！
続けて、青森の天然ひらめ、コリコリした食感が素晴らしい。
静岡のアオリイカ、イカはあまいんだね。口でとろけましたよ。。
銚子、金目鯛炙り、脂がノリノリで旨みが広がりまくり！
淡路島、釣りアジ、やはり締め方がいいのか身が引き締まりよい食感。
一度握りではなく酢飯にいくら、ずわいにキャビア載せた一品。
もう、口の中が海状態、最高です。。
次は海苔巻き、有明の風味豊かな海苔をつかい北海道バフンウニをつつみこむ。
北と南の融合だね。
一旦エビシンジョウで口をあたため、銀鱈幽庵焼きをいただく。
幽庵焼きの作り方も教わりました！
そしていよいよクライマックス。
長崎天然カンパチ、脂がのり口の中で消える。
蒸し鮑の肝醤油、鮑ってこんなにふわふわ食べれるんだ！
本鮪、赤身、赤身はこんなトロみたいな食感なのか、、美味しい！
怒涛の流れで静岡の黒ムツ、脂がうまい。
富山の白エビ、これは優しいね。
最後にトロたく巻き、玉子、これで締め！
いやあ、お腹いっぱい。
赤味噌の味噌汁と甘味のチーズケーキをいただきご馳走さま！
かえり運動しながら帰らないとかな！
流れるように、タイミングよく握りが出てきて非常にテンポがよい！
