Remarks |
Dishes and course contents will change depending on purchasing conditions. Regarding ingredients that you don't like, we will limit you to three types. |
Yokohama version of Ginza Fukuju. The young male and female staff, who appeared to be part-time workers, were still not used to it, so there were some operational difficulties, but the red vinegar sushi is light and easy to use, bringing out the flavor of the fish. It's a shame that things turned out so unsettled, partly because he was a pinch hitter in the absence of the original general. Although the appetizers were nothing special, my initial impression was dispelled once the sushi started. However, I have some doubts about the handling of red vinegar rice, so I would like to visit again when the original chef is here. The alcohol content is high, so be careful not to drink too much.
