We offer dishes made with carefully selected ingredients sourced from Fuji, the hometown of the owner's grandfather. For our carefully selected kelp soup stock, we source ``Rishiri konbu'' which has an elegant taste, and ``Rausu konbu'' which has a strong umami and sweetness. Enjoy the different flavors depending on the type. In addition, the salt made from deep ocean water from Toyama Bay is an excellent product that brings out the flavor of the ingredients themselves. We also carefully select the best seasonings to make delicious dishes, including miso purchased from Minakami Hoichi Shoten.

We have a wide selection of sake that goes well with our food, sourced from a liquor store in Toyama Prefecture. Some of the sake is not often seen in the Kanto area. The lineup changes with the seasons, so you can enjoy different flavors every time you come. Generally, you can order from one cup, but if you want to compare different drinks, we can also provide half-sized glasses. We also offer beer and wine. Please take your time to enjoy our carefully selected dishes with our proud sake.
