Food Introducing recommended menus including 3 major specialties made with carefully selected miso
We offer Local Cuisine and alcohol from the owner's hometown of Nagano Prefecture. The three most recommended dishes are the "Shinshu-exclusive Sanzoku-yaki", "Pork Loin Meigetsu Miso-yaki", and "Horse and Beef Tendon Takumi Miso-stew". We use a variety of miso, sourced from Tamai Miso, a brewery in Higashichikuma-gun, Nagano Prefecture, to match the dishes. We also recommend "Tapas", which allows you to freely choose from a menu that allows you to taste the flavors of the season. "Clay pot rice", made with Shinshu-produced Koshihikari rice, is the perfect accompaniment to one of our other dishes.
DrinkWe have a lineup of local Shinshu sake and a variety of beers that are unique to this season!
We carry local sake from Shinshu that is hard to find in Yokohama. The content changes regularly, so you can enjoy a variety of brands. We also have a wide variety of beers available. Craft beers served in cute cans are very Instagrammable. A glass of grape or apple beer or a glass of Shinshu juice is easy to drink and is also recommended for female customers. If you have any questions about ordering, please feel free to contact the owner, who is also a sommelier.

[Sakadokoro Itaya] is easily accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Yokohama Station. The modern store is a fusion of Japanese and Western style, and is a comfortable space for adults. The lively atmosphere allows young guests to relax without being formal. The seating area can accommodate up to 15 people, making it ideal for group gatherings. We also accept reserved for groups of up to 25 people, making it ideal for various banquets such as farewell parties and reunions. Please use it for various occasions such as after-work meals and girls' night out.
